Debi and Steve

We began our journey by opening our home to activists and interesting friends we had met along the way. 
We really enjoy hosting our guests, and finding ways to make their stay special.
Debi is a semi-retired floral designer and small event planner, so she is all about the details.

Our first adventure started with Ventnor Happy Ours Cottage in 2012 and gradually we added
Hoopers Island Bayside Haven and our home, Philly Bed and Bagel to our portfolio of vacation properties.

We are a part of a new, "Owner driven" movement to encourage guests to #BookDirect. 
Guests appreciate the ability to interact with hosts/owners from the beginning of an inquiry, as it avoids miscommunication, builds trust and
YOU SAVE MONEY by avoiding the fees that the OTAs (online travel agents) charge. 

We belong to several Vacation Rental Owner organizations, participate in many seminars, conferences and forums where we network, exchange ideas and learn from industry professionals.
